I long for it, time & again...

ಇದು ದುಷ್ಟ ನಂಜು ತುಂಬಿದ ಮೌನ;

It's my first attempt to post a Kannada sonnet here, which I normally write between my coffee breaks, or whenever I gulp in josh pill !, or in between my board room gathering or whenever I feel..I wanna write something. Often these're just sonnets or just a rough writeup in few lines.
The best part is, I came across this nicety link which converts English to kannada.

The most addictive game 'samorost' is back with a sequel to Version-1. Even the simplest of simple games have help tips & tricks to navigate all around the board, road or terrain. Believe me, this has no tip or help related to game and navigation...and still became popular. It's very simple. All you got to do is point & click wherever you find the hand cursor to click, but with a bit of logic ! I attribute its popularity to simple & elegant use of flash (yes. Adobe Flash ! ), rusty, greeny, tiny characters & backdrop. Though
objects looks strange it stands par to the fiction of alice-in-wonderland of our kiddy days !

Though it's not a sound oriented game, the sound enables are too sweetly merged with the rusty design. Turn on your
high volume speaker, tune it to very sharp chiming mode & Play samorost to feel the hang of it.

It's about color honey !

Colors are universal & everybody can visualise colors. I heard cat can't dream in colors. poor animal.I wonder how it gauges between red, yellow, white roses on valentines !

Quite often I try to know the color values of any image or graphic on my desktop. Just to get the right RGB, HEX, HSB, CMYK values I take the screenshot paste it into Photoshop and do some color sniffing to get the right color value. I know, it's a tedious task when Photoshop starts like a old lambretta early in the morning!. There may be apps which helps to grab the right color code. I'm sure, they involve atleast 3 or more combination of tasks to assess the right color value. I found this nifty, little app which lets you grab the color values & screen co-ordinates on your screen in a snap of finger.
colorpix automatically translates any screen color into RGB, HEX, HSB and CMYK color values, and comes with a zoom-able magnifier built in! Best of all, there's nothing to install - just download the tiny app and off you go. So grab it now, it's FREE!

It can color sniff, color identity.

One more wicket falls !

Finally, he got answers for all the questions he was pestering me !

My long time jigri dost, Umesh ( _the java prodigy) tied a knot with sweet looking Gayathri on 5th of December. This is his reception snap, a day before the wedding. I snapped it on night mode with a flash free focus. It was a cool and jovial wedding ceremony with a lot of fun & frolic (though u don't see the same on their face ! -They're seriously giving pose to camera with a full khandaan standing besides them. I've cropped those extra janta to fit this snap into narrow blog !). I met couple of my old colleagues on that day. He was looking cool in a cream colored slit coat & a maroon shirt.

I complemented him for his nice outfit...
He replied with sorta grace in voice :
"idhu annavra style maga !"
